Request for Proposals
Request for Proposal and Resulting Contract for a Food Service Management Company
STEP Academy (SFA) will be accepting proposals for the management of its school food service operation for the 2026-27 school year. Here is a link to the Request for Proposal.
An optional pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for June 19, 2026 via Google Meets using the following link: https://meet.google.com/pbi-ijdx-woz. A link to this calendar event is also available on our website: https://www.stepacademymn.org/.
To indicate whether you will or will not be attending this meeting or to request a copy of the Request for Proposal, please email Paul Scanlon. Proposals must be submitted electronically to Paul Scanlon by July 7, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
The contracting process is strictly controlled by U.S. Department of Agriculture procurement regulations and any applicable Minnesota laws. Please clear all contact with any district personnel, current vendors, current contractors or board members with me. Any attempt to unduly influence district staff, administration, current vendors, current contractors or board members will automatically disqualify your company from consideration.
